Interesting point, one of the docs in their pack is the personally identifiable information from another PCN but the same lease company. I therefore have a totally random persons name address and VRN.
If you have their address write to them suggesting that they sue the PPC for a data breach. Also report them to their ATA and the ICO. You have them by the short and curlies, tke dvantage of iyt.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2 -
A flurry of emails sent out over the last day or so.
ICO, Morrisons CEO, BPA, ECP, POPLA and the lease company.
Only interest or response so far is from the lease company who are "looking into it"

POPLA win updated in POPLA thread
On the GDPR breach, Morrisons no response, BPA couldn't find any breach of their COPECP no response (should I be surprised?)
POPLA and lease company are both investigating.
ECP do not wish to contest POPLA appeal so default win.3 -
