Tips for cleaning/dusting radiators

Hi All. Anyone purchased an excellent cleaning tool or have tips for getting years worth of dust out of radiators? Since I moved in I've tried many things and haven't found anything thin or flexible enough to be able to clean the double radiators properly. Any suggestions before I waste any more pennies!

Blimey I didn't have that amount of dirt and cobweb in mine and they'd not been done in 20yrs before I moved in!
Good to know how to remove the bits. I don't think my bedroom one is on right tight since the plumber fiddled with them and a noise wakes me every morning. I'll give it a go.
