Economy flights available from major international airports in London only; Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion; Winner and guest(s) must have full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel; Any necessary visas are responsibility of winner and guest.

A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation; Hotel accommodation is based on two adults sharing one double or twin room; Hotel will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion; Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider.

It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion(s) to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion(s) are aged 70 or over; Prizes are nontransferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; Prize is subject to availability.

Prize cannot be taken from 21st December 2021/2022 – 2nd January 2022/2023 (Christmas and New Year), over UK bank holidays, or over Easter Sunday; Prize is valid for 18 months from the date of notification of winning, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame.

Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure; Stay must include a Saturday night in the hotel; All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended; At least one traveller must be aged 21 or over; Where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission.

The prize excludes domestic ground transfers; The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize; The prize package inclusions are subject to availability, where any of the stated inclusions are unavailable, Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value; If winner is unable to participate in any of the stated activities then Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value, alternative activities will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion.

The stunt/combat class will be tailored to the participants’ abilities, any underlying health conditions should be advised at time of booking; For the Augmented Reality experience, children under 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult, it may not be suitable for those who are pregnant or suffer from light-sensitive conditions.

For the helicopter flight, Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing more than 275lbs (19.6 stone) may be unable to fly, if passengers require a seat belt extender they will not be able to attend, a current, valid, government-issued photo ID is required on the day of travel, all bags are subject to inspection.

Dinner and drinks at the specified restaurant is provided to the maximum value of $200 USD, including gratuity; If winner chooses to forfeit any activities then no alternatives will be provided.

Prize must be taken in accordance with government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions in place at the time of travel; the arrangement and additional costs for any COVID-19 testing that may be required is sole responsibility of the winner and guest; The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd.
