    No, the handling agent has a duty to offload any passengers who are not entitled to enter the destination country.

    OP has reserved a seat on a plane, they will receive a reserved seat. That they are unable to use it is not the agents problem nor it is the problem of the airline unless the contract states otherwise.

    This has already been through the courts and the case was lost. I seem to recall you being active on that thread.

    Unfortunately for OP, all they can do is transfer, which they have done.
