Wondering if anyone has used Flagstone and if you could share your experience please? The company is authorised by FCA based in London and offers a wide choice of savings accounts to maximise your interest and FSCS protection. You have to pay an annual fee 0.25% on total deposits up to £249,999 and a one off set up fee of £150. Any feedback would be much appreciated please?

Possibly useful to lazy people with A LOT of money. Otherwise I don’t see the advantage of losing 0.25% plus £150.1

Discussed briefly in another recent thread, but I don't think anyone had spotted the initial and ongoing fees, which, as above, reduces the appeal somewhat....

Edit: it looks like you can avoid at least some of the fees by following the affinity link from MoneySuperMarket:

Interest rates shown already reflect the deduction of Flagstone's share of interest and is what you will receive. This is calculated and paid back to you upon maturity.
Flagstone has reduced their share of interest on our introductory offer to provide you with this rate. This offer is only available to new Flagstone clients through specially selected partners. Please apply through this page to benefit from this offer.

The actual company name in itself is misleading. Normally any firm calling themselves Investment managers would be dealing in stocks and shares, pensions, financial advice etc .Fiona_K_57 said:Wondering if anyone has used Flagstone and if you could share your experience please?
