Claims Advisory Services letter

Hi all - had a letter yesterday from the above named organisation, looking to help me with any claims. I did get a payout on Natwest PPI several years back and always suspected I had it with a couple of other organisations but never got anywhere. I'm assuming this company is some kind of scam organisation - or at least not what they appear?
Appealing to the sages of this forum to confirm my suspicions....
Thanks.

No, they're not any kind of scam organisation, just your typical claims company.
As always, if you have a complaint against a company, send it yourself.1 -
PPI complaints cannot be started now, the deadline for new complaints has long gone.

it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0
