Really good to hear someone with a bit of spine doing well for themselves. As others have said, you can safely ignore doomsters like Crashy. They are never happy when they see others doing well.toria12386 said:

Thank you, I do appreciate the advice and it is something we have considered for some time. I know it is not always the best decision as it can lead you getting into debt again but I feel we have learnt from where we went wrong and will definitely save if we need something done to our new houseNewnoel said:
