Then, when a mistake is made, they automatically give you the compensation. Ah, but then the cynic in me says that that would just be too easy....
Easy enough that they actually do it, well the send a copy to all customers bit.
Part of their licence is that they provide you with their T&Cs once a year, and this is all in there.

Hmm. Guess that explains why I have never seen it !
Wouldn't it be great if suppliers put the same effort was put into explaining your rights as a comsumer as they do attempting to get you to buy a product - yes it's very dry and boring, but then so is electricity / gas / water when get down to it, and millions are spent 'educating' the consumer on why 'this' utility company is so great.....
But then, that's why we're here - to take revenge....

Will GSOS be included in the T&C's? Most GSOS applies to the LDNO who have no contractual obligation to the consumer. So, the consumer is still totally unaware of most of them.
Supply staff don't seem very aware but then they probably never even see the supply licence.
Ofgem informed Suppliers in 2005 that they needed to train all customer facing staff (including back office people who may make/receive calls to customers):rotfl: It's better to live 1 year as a tiger than a lifetime as a worm...but then, whoever heard of a wormskin rug!!!:rotfl:0
