DCBL ‘LETTER OF CLAIM’ (PCN)

Hello all,
This is my first post after following many threads and advice from cases similar to mine over the last few years.
To make things easier, I have added pictures of the letter received today.
In short, I allegedly parked in a permit area without displaying one in 2018, in a vehicle I haven’t owned since 2019. I received many letters from UKPC at the start and just recently again, all of which have been ignored.
I now understand the advice is to act and respond to this letter, so I am seeking guidance on what I need to send, who to, and ideally a known working format.

Please repost in the Parking sub-forum where you will get proper help. Before doing so please read the NEWBIES FAQ thread in there, and one or more of the many court claim threads. Your predicament is not new and is addressed several times every single day in there.

Checked the newbie post but still perplexed as although the letter refers to a Reply Form it doesn’t have one with it.

I would blank out the PCN Schedule at the bottom of the page as this could identify you.
