Satisfied CCJ

Hi all

I recently paid off a CCJ that I got 5 years ago. We are currently looking for a place to rent. Before the CCJ was satisfied, estate agents ran the credit check and we were declined. We haven't tried since its been satisfied. I've looked at my credit report and on clearscore I cannot see it but on Credit Karma, its there as satisfied.  I know that estate agents run soft credit checks and when the CCJ was unpaid, it came up. Mt question is, will the satisfied CCJ show up on the soft credit check?

Anybody have any ideas?

Your CCJ is likely to be on all 3 of your reports but not impossible one isn't picking it up - the CCJ being satisfied will take a little time to filter through but I wouldn't imagine it'll be an automatic approval for renting now - a CCJ at all might be an automatic decline on their systems. Yes it'll show on there - and will stay until 6 years after it was added
