Misadvertised product

Ordered a laptop the description stated the spec and make. I recieved a similar laptop but not what was advertised, they are offering me a small refund. What are my options?

If you are happy with the refund keep it or if not happy return the laptop and get your money back.. I’m assuming it was a uk company you ordered from?0

Either return the laptop for a refund or accept the partial refund.

Either:
1. agree, accept the refund and keep it, or
2. ask them for a return label to send it back for a full refund or
