Phone contacts with photo ID displayed first as favourites

Just carried out factory reset on A70 android phone. Although my phone contacts are back, I can't find the app I had before. Ideally I want to have about 10 numbers displayed as favourites with photo ID , that way if I need to answer when outside, a photo is easier to identify who's calling better. Any suggestions please.

All apps you had before are in the Play Store -> click your initial -> Manage Apps and device -> Manage. Change the filter to "Not Installed". Everything on this list has been installed to some Android device at some point.

If any of your contacts have pictures assigned to them then the picture will be displayed if they ring you. No lists or favourites are required for that. Just go to the contacts app and make sure the contacts you want pictures for have pictures and if they don't add pictures to them.
