Energy efficiency improvements - government grants?

Hi everyone, not sure if I’m posting in the correct forum? 

I private rent. I am unfortunately unable to work as I have severe heart failure caused by a viral infection. 

Looking for information on what schemes are available to help make my home more energy efficient. 

I have spoken to ECOENERGY - they have said that ( with landlords permission, which I have) I can get a new boiler and underfloor insulation. 

Can anyone tell me if there is any scheme through which I could get one very small window replaced ( it’s not double glazed) and the back door replaced - it’s an old wooden door with a large glass pane that is not double glazed. I think previously this may have been an option under the governments green homes grant scheme but I understand that this is no longer running. 

I think insulation is also needed in the attic room spaces. ( it’s a small dormer bungalow previously council owned). 

I’d appreciate if anyone can point me in the right direction. Thanks!

Doubt very much that you would get a window or door replaced under any current grant scheme. To be honest, it is something the landlord should be sorting out and paying for. In the long term, it improves the value of his asset, increases the EPC rating, and would make it easier to rent out in the future.
