Austria Airlines Pre Covid Checking Service

Flying to the UK via Austria. I doubt it matters but flying from Kyiv. I was going with Austrian Airlines (Lufthansa group) and they provide a "helpful" pre-checking service. I submitted my proof of vaccination and UK Passenger Locator Form.

I got this reply. Anyone have an idea what "wrong data" and "proof of payment" is  ?

As far as I know even entering Austria right now is allowed for fully vaxxed and transit should definitely be allowed. My tickets are both with Austrian so I will be checked straight through. Of course I don't know if I can stay airside in Vienna but either way I should hav the right documents shouldn't I?

P.S. They provide no way to clarify this and their phonelines are constantly busy. If that is how they treat their business class passengers god help everyone else.

Medical Certificate not valid (insufficient information, wrong language, missing 2nd dose, too recent, expired, unreadable, encrypted, vaccination date to travel date not sufficient, etc.)

Medical Certificate not accepted by destination country

Missing entry-related health registrations form []

Invalid entry-related health registrations form (insufficient information, wrong data)

Incorrect booking code, ticket number or flight number provided

Have you uploaded the PLF? Is all the information correct in this? Have you uploaded any required Austrian PLF?

You need proof of payment for the day 2 or before test to be uploaded.

You should be able to deal with this at airport check-in if required, with Austrian this is free.

If your transit is longer than 24 hours you will not be able to DAT at Vienna and must meet the Austrian entry conditions in addition.

Thanks for your thoughts on this.

    Yes uploaded the PLF.
No to the austrian  plf equivalent as transiting.
IS proof of payment needed by the UK authorities? It never used to be as I thought that was what the code was for?
Transit for about 45 minutes I think.

Wizz's handling agent asked for it last time I left Lviv, they also asked for it leaving Gdansk at check-in (no mobile boarding cards currently).

I think it's airlines being cautious as they are the ones to be fined if someone turns up at the UK border without meeting the requirements. This is the easiest way to verify codes aren't being re-used and serves as an additional barrier, so I wouldn't be surprised if the government are asking too.

Haven't flown with another airline since March, so don't have any more current information, but can report on how Easyjet handle it at CDG on Monday as I'm getting the train down tomorrow and flying back :)
