Internet refunds

Attempted to cancel internet order...as not arrived they will not cancel it.

However doent look like it will arrive . 

What rights to I have cancel/refund when when delay in delivery

For online orders, you are entitled to reject the goods (i.e cancel) up to 14 days from the day after delivery - so this obviously includes *before* it's arrived.   The company should not wait for the return of the goods before refunding you (though, obviously, may come after you if the never receive the goods back),

Then you can either refuse to accept delivery (so the courier should return to the sender), or accept it and arrange for it's return. 

If you accept the delivery (Or it arrives whilst you're out and someone else accepts it on your behalf), then the company is usually responsible for arranging and/or paying for it's return - UNLESS they informed you via email at the time of ordering, that you were to be responsible for return of goods.

You can return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund.  Cancelling before then may or may not be possible, depending how their systems are set up, and isn't a consumer right, so you may have to reject the delivery when it arrives, or send it back.
