That's clearly not a new build though as it was first sold in 2007 for £455k, stick to the subject matter.Crashy_Time said:
This seller has "down-valued" themselves, they started at 775k, which I think is frankly ridiculous.980233 said:
Depends what you mean as realistic. I have just bought in Wokingham, north of 680K and no down valuation by lender.Crashy_Time said:Anybody else seeing more realistic valuations on new-builds?

It is a new-build style, and I suspect it has more "down-valuations" to go before it actually sells.980233 said:

It won't go under 700k and can't account for wally brain estate agents starting that high but again it is not a new build like mine so stick to the title or ask the OP to edit to include 14 year houses in 'new build style'. Whatever that is Victor.

Ok, I suppose it isn`t the same, are you happy with the price of your one?0

Very happy considering it wasn't down valued and I know it will gain value. Wokingham isn't town that loses value despite it's local MP.Crashy_Time said:Ok, I suppose it isn`t the same, are you happy with the price of your one?0 -
I'm intrigued by how people know these things.980233 said:

Explain why you are implying I've bought a bag of magic beans for a cow?0 -
I’m not saying that. I just don’t see how you can be so certain?980233 said:

I've no idea what will happen, it's just that you said "it won't happen in Wokingham". I'm wondering how you know it won't, is there something about Wokingham we don't know about?0
