Hyde Park Corner installations issues ?

Hyde Park Corner installations recently came and fitted a black box to my daughters car as instructed by insurance company as she is a new driver. They left the car with a lot of electrical problems. The ESP, dash board lights, headlamp adjuster lights all disconnected and plugs shoved in the dash board somewhere ,Various wires have been cut below steering wheel and taped back together incorrectly, when you turn headlights on car computer goes off . not sure what else is ruined yet. awaiting Hyde park Corner to get back to us ? Car now off the road out of use resulting in loss of earnings and loss of use this also left a new driver to get home in the dark with an illegal dangerous vehicle . Have contacted the company the next day and although the lady at Hyde Park Corner was appologetic, has said she will elevate issue to her boss and will be in touch ASAP ? as of yet have received no further contact. we have sent them photos and videos of the damage caused. luckily no one was hurt or injured. I am currently awaiting their response and will update experience in due course.

Take the matter up with your insurer who instructed them... your contract is with them not the fitters and you have more leverage with the ability to go to the Financial Ombudsman if you are unsatisfied with their response
