Not delivered on time

I purchased a 2 day covid test as I was traveling from the USA to England for my mother’s funeral. I choose from the list advertised on Gov.UK I thought a reputable company Covid Travel Clinic. I purchased the kit on November 27th for my arrival December 5th. There was no tracking number which should have been a red flag as on there webpage they state a tracking number. I have contacted them numerous times as my kit did not arrive therefore putting me in a financial bind to get a new test and stress I did not need. I then contacted them requesting a refund. Yesterday morning at 6.30am I received an email stating the package would be delivered by DHL - after confirming I no longer required the package but wanted a full refund due to there lack of compassion and lack of support and correspondence. There is no phone number to contact them. I am posting this to notify others to stay clear of this company and ask help on retrieving my refund. Thank you for your help.

Whether you get a refund or not will depend on the T&Cs of the test provider you bought from.
In regards to the Gov list - The gov.uk website says“If you’ve ordered tests and there’s a problem.
For example, if they have not arrived or you do not have your results.
https://enquiries.test-and-trace.nhs.uk/s/enquiries “
They will not get you a refund but the Gov have reviewed and removed dozens of companies from the list because they failed to provide the standard that was required.3
