Help - bank account closure?

Hi
I worry myself too much sometimes by going online!
for the past 2 years I’ve lived in my arranged overdraft, the past few months as a gesture of goodwill NatWest have refunded the charges as in January my property sale is due to complete and will clear it.
I’ve read some horror stories online about banks randomly closing bank accounts. I’ve complained to NatWest recently over poor customer service and I guess I’m worried theyre
going to review my account and close it due to the overdraft usage/poor financial situation (all bills paid just little money left!)-
am I over worrying here?

For peace of mind, open an account outside NatWest Group (NatWest/RBS/Ulster and IOM banks) and keep this as a backup account
Any bank can close your account with 60 days notice; if they do this, it will often extend to any sister banks in their group.
