  • I'd be more interested in whether the eye problem now counts as a 'pre-existing condition' for insurance purposes. Could end up being really  expensive to fix.

    It will be as either its a birth defect and so predates any insurance or it existed pre-sale and even if the puppy was insured before an injury etc not aware of any pet insurance that can transfer with ownership of pet
