Creation Finance Nightmare
I bought a new TV on Currys/PC world a few months ago using their finance deal and I've had non stop issues since - Their direct debit system does not work, even though I have everything set up correctly, and if fails to take my money on the due date like it says it will on their own website - and now every month I'm getting slapped with a late fee because their f*cking system doesn't work.
Trying to contact them is like talking to a brick wall, no-one responds to emails or calls, it's like nobody works there??
If their money taking system is fault, then why am I being penalised here? Is there any support I can get for this kind of issue? I don't know who to get help from
