Hi,
i am trying to make an online payment to Creation Finance (Currys Purchase) for the past few days, but it says their site are down. I am not on the phone for over a half hour waiting to talk to a representative to see what is going on. Is this happening to anyone else.
They are a complete disaster!!

The site appears to be up when I checked just now. Have you checked things from your side (cleared your cache, etc.)?The main thing is, if you are due to make a payment then you need to speak to them if you're having difficulties paying online. Yes, it may mean a frustrating wait on the phone, but better that than getting hit with missed payment fees and markers on your credit history.0

i have tried both my mobile tablet and laptop. you can put in the amount you wish to pay but on the next screen (where your card details should be entered), it fails0

IT problems do happen, unfortunately it's a fact of life in this day and age - though it would be unusual for a fairly major finance company to have an issue that lasted for several days. But the main thing, from your point of view, is to ensure your payment is made on time. Either make a faster payment as suggested by ZX81, or phone them up to sort out what the issue is. Annoying though "hold music" is, it's not too much hassle to have your phone on loudspeaker whilst you get on with something else :-)Just a thought - and this is not meant to sound derogatory in any way - but you do have the funds in your account to cover the amount you're trying to pay? Or your card hasn't expired? What error message are you getting?

its a buy now pay later that i am paying up for. just trying to stay ahead. Still on hold lol
Website not available is all im getting. This has also happened to my aunt with her purchases. They really need to invest in their IT functionality

Ah, that's frustrating, you have my sympathies. Sorry, I'm out of ideas now - hopefully you can get to speak to someone and make a payment over the phone. As I said earlier, it really is important that you make whatever payment is due, on time. Sure, have a rant at them later if it makes you feel better - but there's no point in cutting off your nose to spite your face :-)Just for future reference - do you have the option of setting up a Direct Debit to make the payments? That makes things a whole lot easier - and if there's an IT problem on their side that means the DD isn't taken, it's their problem, not yours.0
