  • Cauta Capital currently defaulted all the interest payments at least until August 2023 and even redemption they paying only partially. I have serious doubt they are going to pay in August. Everybody who invested in Cauta - let's fight together: I have created group in Facebook for Cauta Capital creditors, join it to fight together!

    If the owner is all but bankrupt, then why are you considering legal action?

    Also the owner isn't the company so if the company has no assets you can't go after the owner even if they did have some money.
    Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.

    50/50 this is someone who wants you to "send them money to become part of the legal action".
