I received an unsolicited iPhone 13 from Apple in October. I phoned them in November and they said they would ring back, but haven’t. What are my rights

You need to keep hold of it until they arrange collection and make sure that when someone does collect it it's genuinely them and not a scammer who's ordered it for delivery to your address.
Assuming you've not paid for/been charged for the phone it won't be long before they realise and start chasing it1 -

I very much doubt this is unsolicited goods.

When you say it's unsolicited, what exactly happened?0

Was the parcel addressed to you?
Have you been charged for the phone?
Do you have an account on the Apple website? Does it have an order history on it?
Have you had any emails from Apple?0 -
Unsolicited goods are a thing of the past, normally for magazines and cassette tapes. The practice died a long time ago.
What you have is a mistake, no one sends out iphones in the hope you pay for it later.
You are an involuntary bailee in this case. It comes with a procedure you must follow before you can keep the goods.4 -

Or the one most people remember at this time of year - Charity Christmas cards.

You keep it safe and boxed and contact them in writing and ask them to collect it.SSelipon43 said:I received an unsolicited iPhone 13 from Apple in October. I phoned them in November and they said they would ring back, but haven’t. What are my rights
If they don't collect or contact you for 6 years it's all yours! But don't use it or lose it until then or they could then bill you for it!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

Although a 6 year old, brand new in box, iPhone wont really be worth much, and that's assuming the battery hasn't died.pinkshoes said:

Bury it in a waterproof container at the bottom of the garden. A nice surprise for someone in 100 years time.HeinzVarieties said:
