Hi there,
I wondered who I can lodge a complaint with about an experience I had with Expedia? They're refusing to refund part of my booking, despite their promises they would - it has been ongoing for several weeks. I'm not sure what the appropriate organisation is in order for me to escalate this - trading standards, financial ombudsman?

Well Expedia are a 3rd party booking company.
So will not fall under financial ombudsman.Life in the slow lane0
