GNE to EDF - meter reading dispute (Help Please)

"Credit" where it's due, EDF has swiftly acted to sort out the mis-applied tariff for March-August and also credited £30 for the readings dispute fiasco. Result is £100+ credited to account already.
Twitter DM seems to be the way to go for speed of action.
