Good so far , so as expected , a typical fob off by the business ! Apcoa will reject the appeal too

POFA non compliance will win this ( eventually ) as long as the driver is not identified !!

Yes this is easy, no need for any threads about APCOA.  Non-POFA wins it at POPLA every time.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Hi, I have a similar NTK from these guys from a hospital car park and have a couple of follow up questions.

The "one size fits all template" says,
I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.

They have already included photos showing a windscreen notice and signs, should I just remove that section and state as the Keeper I never saw a PCN on the car.

Secondly,  the noobie thread says,  the NTK must arrive with you between day 29 and day 57 if there was a windscreen PCN.

The car was parked there on the 28th November. The notice was issued on January 24th. It arrived yesterday, 27th. By my calculations it is late by 2 days.

Finally, can I clarify, in this instance I am best of complaining to the hospital first.

    Thanks guys.

Always best to start your own thread as it can lead to confusion trying to answer two posters on same thread.  However, you might want to rethink this as it could lead the PPC to think that you were driving.  We do always recommend that you use the blue text appeal unedited.  Reading the NEBWIE sticky you will see that Plan A is best.  If it is a hospital try PALS.
