Hi,
My father bought his council flat 30 years ago and it’s not in the main block of flats but in a maisonette right beside it.
My father bought his council flat 30 years ago and it’s not in the main block of flats but in a maisonette right beside it.
Every year there’s an annual service charge and there have been services listed that his flat do not or cannot use. This year finally the council have agreed and he has been reimbursed £123.
My question is can he request this is backdated 30 years? Is there a limit of backdated requests?
Many thanks for your help.
