Screwed by Green Homes Grant, now what?

Was trying to get some wall insulation installed on the Green Homes Grant, but they messed around and despite applying last year the scheme ended before they could make a decision.
I've been trying to find other options. There is a local one that offers solar and insulation, but only to households with an income under £30k. Are there any other schemes available? The house is very poorly insulated but none of us has the cash to fix it.
