Building work next door making a mess

    Whilst this is true a half decent builder will clean up after themselves daily. And they would have warned you about possible debris so you could get the cars out of the way.

    Absolutely agreed! The builder must be aware that he’s creating this problem. However, at the moment, he probably thinks he can get away with it. 
    No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

    It's effectively litter.  I know the weather isn't good but the builder should be tidying up!
