On the Dulux Trade site and I've been advised by my decorator to use 'Silk' in the bathroom.
However my plan was to use this - Dulux ~Trade Mouldshield-fungicidal-eggshell which only comes in 'Eggshell' for one of the colours I was thinking.
Is someone able to explain the difference between Silk and Eggshell? Certain paint colours only are in Eggshell in the 'Mouldshield' variety. I was hoping to use the same colour in the bathroom as other areas however using 'Matt' version in the other rooms
Reason for using the Mouldshield is that the place isn't great ventilation wise and there have been small mould patches at present. ( Which i'm trying to increase air flow on a side note)

Not sure about the Trade paints but I’ll be using Dulux Easycare Silk for my bathroom project.
Their colour chart has a symbol indicating the finishes/suitability available for each colour.
Eggshell has the least sheen of the various finishes. After that, silk/satin and then gloss.

You can use your product, it's fine. Silk is a visual finish. I'd rather eat my own hair than use a silk finish paint on walls. Eggshell is fine, hardwearing but not as shiny.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
