I have a dog walker come and take my dog out 1 day a week, I would like to get her and her assistant a Christmas gift but want something different to chocolates etc...
I thought about getting a gift card for a drive through coffee shop near me, unless anyone has a better suggestion?

I'm sure they would prefer cash
Never pay on an estimated bill

It is tricky knowing what other people might like, but I'd wonder - I don't know - how useful a drive through coffee shop is to dog walkers? Do you know if they use that cafe? I'd want to go for one I was sure they'd use?

Do you know if they have families / children? I've sometimes bought cinema vouchers for friends when I know they like going. For my gardener I usually do a small hamper of goodies for her and her family, because I remember what fun my boys used to have opening hampers in the past.

Decent pair of gloves? Thermal socks?
    Depends on your budget
Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)

Just had another thought: I love getting a calendar. I'd give a dog walker a favourite breed (if known) calendar.

I realise not everyone likes calendars as much as me. Reminds me of my dad, he was in the print trade and was always given lots of calendars at Christmas...

It's a tough one especially if you don't know your dog walkers personal likes or dislikes.  I have found a website that has some fantastic gifts for nearly every ocasion and to suit a huge variety of tastes (it has been my go to place for gifts).  www.giftbee.co.uk (and their prices aren't to bad either)
