    Ignore the begging letter

Expect the judge to put the claim back to the defence stage and quash any default CCJ

Keep your eye on the MCOL claim history , and wait for a further letter from the CCBC

Hi, I received the Directions Questionnaire (N180). Am I okay to fill it in by hand, then scan and email it to all parties or do I have to physically post it.

It's back to that list you were following when you filed your Defence.

Items 8, 9, 10 and 11 on that list answer all your current questions.

Hi. I submitted my Directions Questionnaire back in March where I asked for the case to be heard by my local court.. Im a bit confused by a letter I received off my local court saying 'I am sorry to let you now that when preparing the file, your Defence (N9b) could not be found." They want be too provide a copy of this.
Does this mean they want me to resend my defence from January or is this the stage with witness statement and evidence?

Defence from January.  They've managed to lose it!

If it was sent to CCBC by e-mail it must surely be there to be found, unless someone has deleted it from their system - shambles!

Hi. I'm preparing a witness statement. I've been to Scotch corner to take photographs of poor signage regarding the parking. I'm having problems getting a photograph of the approach and entrance to the service station. There is no footpath, double yellow lines and constant traffic. Can I use screenshots off google maps to show these two sections in my witness statement?

Yes - that's reliable evidence.  We often use GSV.

Hi. I was about to finish off my witness statement and upload it here for tonight however, I've just checked my emails and there is an email off DCB Legal saying their client has instructed them to discontinue court proceedings with an N279 form attached. Does this mean its the end of the matter or can they come back again in a year or so and start again? Is it worth me writing to the court and asking for my costs to be assessed using the bluetoffee1878 post, or should I just leave it be? I would also like to give a huge thanks to everyone who contributed and gave me advice throughout. I would have been lost without this site.
