Do I have a leg to stand on?

I'm bewildered now.
If the CH date is 26th August, then surely the filing of evidence would be by 12th August or at the least 28/9th July?
Mine is in mid June and N157 states evidence to be filed no later than 14 days before hearing date (so by beginning of June).
Surely the date of 9th May on the OP's N157 is a mistake if the hearing is not until end of August?
Or maybe 26th August should be 26th May?
Are courts really so vastly different from each other?0
