So great news arrived the form of an email today. DCBL sending notice of discontinuance and the matter is now closed. Annoyingly witness statement was nearly finished. I’ll use it as a base for the other court letter they sent out for another pitiful attempt at extorting money out of me.Thanks for all the help!!!5

Nice one, and well done.We are not seeing fully defended UKPC claims go to full term in the small claims court. But I do suspect they are seeing so many motorists frightened out of their skins by the formal court claim tripping over themselves to get to their chequebooks, to not be too concerned about discontinuing the odd defended claim.Good on you for standing up to this extortion! 👍Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
