Anti-fraud Restriction - how to get it removed

We need to remortgage our house and have started the process - however, we have realised that we have a Anti fraud restriction on our Title Deeds.  We originally went through Premier property lawyers, who currently you cant get hold of due to massive online fraud, and having contacted 7 different solicitors they are all saying its not something they touch or get involved in.  We dont know what to do.  Any help please.

find a local solicitor who will witness you signing the new mortgage deed.  Also ask them if they can help complete an RX3 form to remove the restriction. Then send it to the solicitors doing the remo work and they will remove it when they register the new charge.  

I had to phone 14 solicitors in my area to find one who would do it.  £10 each they charged for the pleasure and had to get an appointment 3 weeks in advance.
