What questions to ask Estate Agent about viewers?

What was the point of them being there?!**Maybe I am wrong and would be grateful for advise about what to ask the agent about a viewer's status - (will I offend them by asking this question or do I have a right to ask them?)**
As a vendor, I've asked the EA to prioritise investors and "motivated" buyers, such as people who need to be in by a certain date for schools admission, etc.
The only type of buyer I dont entertain are FTBs. They really want the moon on a stick and have no idea how the process works. Life is too short to engage with them.2 -

Very odd, I would have thought that it was logical that experienced buyers pay less for things than unexperienced buyers. However, I guess we will never know.
Anyone wanting to reduce it £15-£30K must be thinking of profiteering for themselves instead of seriously buying a house. For such a huge reduction the buyers most likely want to spend on lavish bathroom and kitchen and landscape gardens. They should look for property within their budget instead of ridiculous knockdown prices because of surveys. Building Surveys can find anything and everything "wrong" with a house if not built in the last 2 years.

I agree and that was the point i made in my first reference around experienced buyers vs FTBs.0 -
