I can't believe Instagram allow all these companies to post competitions and then lock you out for entering them, glad I do not do Instagram.
I told Insta the same thing this morning. I only joined last year for the comps. Some are good others look cobbled together. I send complaints when they lock me out and told them don't have same problem on Twitter.
How do you tell them how ridiculous this is? Can't find any link to complain on. Still 'Account Disabled' and no idea if this will ever be lifted.

Also, Facebook has removed multiple posts from my competition entries over the past couple of weeks for allegedly breaking their rules by simply posting in response to a company's competition that requires tagging for entry. (Of course, Facebook and Instagram are now the same organisation - only Twitter seems to be easy to comp on now)

I go to my profile (picture at top right) then click on the cog the list it brings down includes report a problem. I use this to tell them in no uncertain terms never get a reply but seems to speed up the process. I do think as they will be in America more happens later in day when they are awake good luck the more of us that complain the better

Have had it before their support is quite bad, reach out to them via as many ways as you can and they should get back to you. often you just get shadow-banned so you can still post but no one will see your posts.

Their algorithm can be quite bad, I got products banned - wildlife photos because they though i was selling live animals

After over 5 weeks on the naughty step and no joy from Instagram / Facebook support regarding re-activation, I have cut my losses and created a new Instagram account. I'll just have to be very careful about how many comps I enter. What irks me is that I may have had some wins before I was banned that I will never know about. :(
