Instagram Temp Ban :(

Banned for over a week now despite following their procedure to request re-activation. I am well and truly on the naughty step.

got back on yesterday evening now banned/blocked again sick of it all if all compers took off their profile it would show them what we think!!!

I only do a few every hop skip and a catch now so I dont get banned again, I stupidly am using my personal account, got many family and friends on mine....hubby just said make a new one just for comping so if it gets banned it really does not matter..
Maybe that is something to look into

I think i've had 6 or 7 bans this month-previously i'd only ever had one. They really need to look at their system and they should be aware of the huge amount of comps that spring up in December which require people to interact to participate.  They should focus on serial spammers and people who clone accounts to try and get money instead of regular people just wanting to enter a few comps or otherwise make it so no comps are allowed with more than 1 person tagged.

I am with you ...have been contacted at least 15 times with scam accounts, so many accounts followed me but after looking at their profile I have removed them and blocked them, Instagram really need to sort these account out and not on the compers.
I agree with the one tag thing, that would suit me down to the ground, it really would, the temptation for us to tag more would be taken away and make it fairer on us all

Hey all, got my first ever IG ban today, but I have been comping like there's no tomorrow. I don't know if I should be looking up how to get my account fixed or if I should wait a certain amount of time. I just can't comment on posts.

My first one lasted about 3 days....but I comment so little now incase they ban me yet again....the advents were fun for as long as it lasted lol

I tell them (in no uncertain terms0 in the report a problem  I am now doing one comp on there and going to other comps  like dailies and then going back to insta worth a try good luck

I can't believe Instagram allow all these companies to post competitions and then lock you out for entering them, glad I do not do Instagram.

I told Insta the same thing this morning. I only joined last year for the comps. Some are good others look cobbled together. I send complaints when they lock me out and told them don't have same problem on Twitter.
