Samsung Pay+

in Credit cards
I have just seen the warning about using Paypal and losing Section 75 rights. I have just signed up to Samsung Pay+ and linked it to my Sainsbury's Mastercard credit card. Does the same apply, or am I covered under Section 75?

Can't speak for Samsung Pay specifically, but see this:

TL;DR (from that page)
Does Section 75 protection apply to Apple and Google Pay?
Yes, provided the card in your virtual wallet is a credit card. That means that if you pay for goods between £100 and £30,000, and they’re faulty, or you don’t receive them, you can claim the cost back from the card company.
Chargeback also covers mobile payments if the payment is less than £100, or a debit card is used.
Where Apple and Google Pay aren’t covered is when you’ve used an intermediary card, such as Curve, to make your payment.

The OP's question relates to Samsung Pay+.
AFAIK this is a product "powered by" Curve and operates along similar lines to Curve's own branded system. As such s.75 will not apply (though I believe they may offer some alternative protection).0 -
it is powered by curve and thus you will be not be paying by the ctedit card direct but via curve0
