Where to go after the supplier has messed up

Hi, after some help please!
we have had a nightmare experience getting our house rendered,
the supplier recommended one of their guys who was an absolute disaster which is separate from my main issue…..
basically they supplied the wrong colour render and denied it at first,
they eventually admitted fault and sent someone round to re spray the render.

The house now looks patchy and the finish is terrible, weve given them every opportunity to come and have a look but continue to fob us off.
please can someone advise me where i can go next with this?
thanks

You will need to get a couple of quotes from elsewhere to see what it is going to cost to have it put right.
I would also write to the company who did the render and make it clear that it is NOT satisfactory and that you would like it completely re-doing or a full refund and that they need to reply within 7 days.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)1 -
I don't disagree with what pinkshoes says but if you decide to write that letter you must also say what you will do if they do not reply within 7 days, and if the reply is not forthcoming within 7 days you must be prepared to follow through with your threat.1
