Desperate to contact Virgin Holidays - Any Ideas?

Hi All,

I have been urgently trying to contact Virgin Holidays to amend a US booking following the recent Covid rules changes.

I can't do what I need on their website and I've now spent more than seven hours, over three days, on hold to their customer service number (0344 472 9646) trying to speak with someone.  I'm almost an hour into another call this morning and I am losing the will to live.  

The Virgin Holiday shops won't help because it was an internet booking.

Has anyone had any success in getting through to Virgin Holidays or any other ideas or contact numbers that might be useful?

    You have the correct number - I think it will just be patience.  With the recent changes for travel which impact all areas/destinations they will I expect be swamped with callers.

    Whilst open 09:00-17:00 on Sat and 10:00-17:00 on Sun I doubt they have a full compliment of staff.  Hopefully calling M-F will be more fruitful.
