Having done this comp for years I've tried all the usual things, am logged in, trying to go to the retailer direct from the search on the site etc, different browsers, but it's playing up big time.  Think I'll just leave it at my 20p and hope for better luck next time.  Thanks for trying to help.

Will not work if Skimlinks are active in your MSE account - that seems to activate sometimes without any user input
