Ordered one for Christmas, however it hasn't been dispatched in the time they specified. No direct response from customer service emails, I contacted them on Twitter and they've said they will escalate with management in 1-2 business days. However looking at both Twitter and Trustpilot it seems that every single UK order is not being fulfilled, some people having ordered nearly 6 months ago.
What steps are there to take? They're an Australian company with fulfillment centres in the UK. I can only guess that they're either not getting shipments into the UK, or are struggling with demand, but email seems to be the only way to contact them and gets the same stock response.

How did you pay?0

Debit card unfortunately, I don't know if Lloyds would take up the case? Usually pay everything via credit card!0

Ask for a chargeback if you used a debit card. Even if you'd paid by credit card and were eligible for - and asked for - a s75 refund, Lloyds would probably still process it as a chargeback...

I see their T&Cs appear to be governed by South Australian and Australian Federal law. I know s75 claims can be made for overseas purchases but I don't know if a chargeback can. Speak to Lloyds.0 -
I purchased two last month and got them within two weeks, the problem is you don't get people posting about great service on reveiw sites and you will mainly see bad reviews.
But as said your card provider is your best bet at the moment.0 -
Chargeback can be made against any company anywhere in the world 👍Manxman_in_exile said:Ask for a chargeback if you used a debit card. Even if you'd paid by credit card and were eligible for - and asked for - a s75 refund, Lloyds would probably still process it as a chargeback...

All that matters is it's a card payment.Life in the slow lane1
