London Mint Late Payment Issue

Hi
Posting on behalf of my mother. She recently bought the Elvis Presley set of coins that was advertise on TV by The London Mint office for £149.99.
She agreed to pay in 3 instalments, she paid first one in October, second in November, both showing as cleared in her Virgin Money internet banking and last payment isn’t due until 15th of December.
Last Friday she got a late payment letter from them saying she’s made no payments since getting the coins which is a lie. She called their customer service up straight away and again claimed she hasn’t paid and she has proof on her bank statement she’s kept up with payments. They then proceed to blame accounts for not updating her account to reflect payments.
The agent “promised” he would resolve it by emailing accounts. When my mother checks her LMO account, still says she owes them money and hasn’t been rectified.
she has emailed a complaint to LMO attaching scans of her bank statement showing the payments and yet awaiting a reply.
What does she do from here if she gets no joy? Because they’ve threatened her with debt collection and late payment if she doesn’t pay up for money they already have.

I would suggest she waits for their reply and takes it from there.0

Wait and see what they say.
They can't really take any action against her if she's got proof that she has paid them what she owed. (Could those payments to London Mint possibly be for anything else... ?)0
