I have been looking around for the comp this came from & was just about to give up when I went back to the ones ending 31st August!
The Archlord game turned up in the post with no prior notification, when I tried to play it the disc was damaged & wouldn't play
(Came through the post as a leaflet with a cd slotted half inside it). I was gutted!
I emailed the website & told them I was so happy to have won but so disappointed that the game was damaged & wouldn't play - they lived upto their name - THEY WERE ACE!!
They emailed me straight back to apologise & said they had sent it through to me as they had received it themselves, but to make up for it they would send me another game through. I'm now the proud owner of a game still in the cellophane called 'Painkiller Overdose' for the PC.
Talk about customer service - I am one happy puppy!
