We switched to Virgin, TV and BB earlier this year, got a great deal as a new customer. But I cannot see how to watch Channel 4 catchup. I guess I should add an app but cannot find it. Any help appreciated.

All4 is only available on the V6 box. If you have the older Tivo box, its not available. Both the V6 and the TiVo box includes a selection of Catch Up and Box Sets from Channel 4, but only the All4 app has the complete library, and that's only on V6.Although if you're a new customer you must have a V6 surely?1

I signed up earlier this year, looks like i have a TV 360 box, is that a V6 box?

All4 App not availale on the 360. Only on the V6.The V6 seems to be where the current focus is. All4 may come to 360.360 is generally regarded as a step back over the V6, but if you were a new customer and that's all they are offering, you wouldn't have know any better:
