Help I feel like I am drowning

I have 3 accounts with Cabot I sent a prove it letter and received a pack back with all the default letters they have sent to me on my aqua account that is it , also I had a AA credit card debt and got a ccj on that one (so do I need to set up a payment on it?) and the last one is Halifax credit card but no more information aqua is £3000 and Halifax £8000 what do I do now as my anxiety is bad

So was there ever (including the ccj one) a six-year period when you did not acknowledge a debt by payment or in writing?

If these are enforceable then the question 'what should I do?' is difficult to answer because we don't know enough about you.
