Igloo Direct Debit
I have been transferred to E-on Next like all the other Igloo customers. This is fine, and E-on have transferred my credit balance as promised from Igloo. As per the instruction from E-on Next I didn’t cancel my DD to Igloo, and 2 months have been taken since the transfer (I have now cancelled). This leaves £470 in no man’s land that I have paid to Igloo after the account transferred, and it hasn’t gone to E-on. Should I be claiming this on the DD guarantee or some other way? Has anyone else had this money transferred or repaid?

It should have gone across as part of the credit balance. Have you checked your Igloo final bill? This should have included the DDs. You should be able to still get it from your Igloo account.You need to set up a separate DD with EON, they emailed saying they couldn't transfer the DDs across.0

The DD is set up with Eon and the credit balance transferred across but it only includes the balance up to 5th October so the last DDs after that date are still with Igloo (or their administrators) at the moment.0

Have you downloaded the final bill from Igloo?Are the DDs showing in the "billing and payments" section of the Igloo account?0

Hi I have the same issue 2 DD taken and not showing on my account.Now says I am in debt by £200 with Eon.
Rang Eon the other day and they are still transferring money across from Igloo. They made a note I am missing two payments. I am going to give it a few weeks to appear then chase again.0
