My Pay Weekly - radio silence

I had previously had flooring fitted by My Pay Weekly a few years back and as such decided to get them to do my living room flooring. The order came to juust under £600 which would not be fitted until it was paid ; this was the same as my previous order so I had no issues with that.
It was due to be fitted in July 2021 and they ran into a delay with HGV drivers and couldn't source the flooring at that time and advised they'd be in touch shortly. I continued to chase this up and get nowhere. I had raised a complaint with them however that was also not going anywhere either.
I then contacted again in September saying they were working through their spreadsheet to get everyone rebooked in ; progress or so I thought!
I then contacted them again in October and then November but all these messages fell on deaf ears. They also would not answer their phone line.
They have since deleted their facebook page but their website is still live - I still cannot get through to them on the phone.
I seen a few people on twitter advise to contact their bank which I have done.... but they are refusing to help as the transactions are over 120 days.
I am really at a loss as to what to do next
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I can't see anything to suggest they've ceased trading.
Why did you pay in this way? Whenever I've had work done to the house I've always paid on the day of the work being done or very occasionally soon after. They don't seem overly cheap either.💙💛 💔0 -
I paid this way because it was an affordable option and I had used them in the past.
They just aren't replying to messages, answering their phones and they've since deleted their social media accounts.Currently in a Protected Trust Deed - 23 payments until DEBT FREE - February 20270 -
Being outside of the 120 days may not be an issue if you did not have a confirmed (in writing) date for delivery and installation.
I would argue that this should be 120 days of September as you were reaching an agreement so it may be worth putting this to the bank.💙💛 💔0 -
It's not looking so good for the Ltd companies behind this "trading as":
Note the "dormant".

a company can't just be made dormant if there are creditors.

Got an update from my bank who have reassessed the evidence I sent over and because there was correspondence in September, will pursue the claim using that date given it was clear I hadn't had the goods. Those dates on that screenshot above are certainly alarming ; showing as 'dormant' before the contact I had been making with them.Currently in a Protected Trust Deed - 23 payments until DEBT FREE - February 20270
